If your session venue is roughly half an hour driving time from Iowa City, Iowa then I do not charge a travel fee!

Minimum accommodations required:

- Rental car & any related fees such as insurance, gas, tolls (when applicable: open to subway, Uber, or other travel accommodations).
- Meal stipend.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL NOTES:
- Hotel may be required depending on distance from Iowa City, Iowa and session start time so I can be on-site without driving unrealistically early in the morning to get there or late at night to get back to Iowa City.
- I use the “Standard Mileage Rate For Transportation Or Travel Expenses” as provided by the IRS. The Business Standard Mileage Rate for 2023 is “65.5 cents per mile for all miles of business use.” Full details can be found here: IRS.GOV
- Mileage charged will be for round-trip travel.
