Fall Mini Sessions 2024: booking now!
If you’re in the Iowa City, IA area and starting to think about your family’s annual photography session, then you’re right on time to snag a fall mini session! Mark you calendar for Saturday, October 19th! Location will be a beautiful autumn backdrop in the Iowa City, Iowa area (announced after booking).
I’m opening fewer spots this year in hopes of maintaining more balance/time with my own kiddos so these will fill quickly.
2024 IOWA CITY FALL MINI SESSION DETAILS:
- Where: Iowa City, Iowa area (exact location will be announced after booking).
- When: Saturday, October 19, 2024.
- Time: Sessions are available from 3:00-5:30pm. See booking link HERE for exact time slots available.

PROPS: BRING ON THE COZY FALL VIBES!
I’ll have several small props available on-site – feel free to use these or have fun with it and bring your own!
Props I’ll have on-site:
- So many cozy flannel and wool blankets! (plaid plus cream/off-white/white color options, fuzzy blankets, and more)
- Pillows! (boho knit cream/off-white, buffalo check, fuzzy bear in off-white)
Prop inspiration you might want to bring for your session:
- Your child’s favorite toy or snuggly item.
- Your family’s favorite board game, card game, soccer ball… whatever your crew loves connecting over!
- Meaningful heirloom quilt.
- Plaid thermos & camping cups… set the scene for a hot cocoa picnic!
- note: these are items I will NOT have on-site but feel free to use these ideas as inspiration for things you might want to bring along.
SPEAKING OF LOCATION…
I’m usually happy traveling to your desired photography venue but since I’ll be booking these promo sessions back-to-back, they will take place at a pre-arranged location in the Iowa City area, complete with a beautiful autumn backdrop! I’ll provide more information once your session is booked. Contact me if you have questions.
WHAT IF IT RAINS, IS TOO WINDY, OR (GASP)… SNOWS?!
If our mini sessions need to be rescheduled for weather, then our backup date is November 2, 2024 and we will keep everyone’s session time the same. If this change of date does not work for you then I will do my best to find a third option and try to coordinate it as best I can with anyone else who’s also having a schedule conflict.
